Lower Hyde Creek Parcels Up for Re-zoning

A number of Wesbild’s parcels in Lower Hyde Creekwill be at Public Hearing for re-zoning on Wednesday, July 18, 2007.

Specifically, this land located around the corner of Coast Meridian and David. These applications include a mix of housing types including single family, row home and, most importantly for the community, space for the future high school and park site. This key step is needed to get the first of Burke Mountain’s schools progressing. In addition, this application also preserves the hydro right of way as green space.
