Only weeks after Polygon Homes announced the release of their third and final phase of townhomes at Tyneridge, they have released more homes this past weekend.
The new release includes more of the popular Anmore and Burke Series floorplans.
The Anmore Series is a 3-bedroom floorplan, priced from just $399,900.
The Burke Series is also a 3-bedroom floorplan, offering a little more space than the Anmore Series. There are a limited number of Burke plans available with impressive views of Mount Baker and beyond.
The Tyneridge sales centre is open daily 12-5pm (except Friday), and is located at 1305 Soball Street in Coquitlam.
