Rachel Jones from Coquitlam, Recycling and Waste Reduction, will present information on the Coquitlam Green Can Program. Not only do our waste mismanagement efforts attract and destroy bears, they also attract varmints and vermin and cost us more to boot! Come and see how Coquitlam is attempting to address the problems.

Do you have questions or concerns with respect to your July 2011 Property Assessment Notice?

Zina Weston, Area Assessor for BC Assessment and appraiser from the Burke Mountain Area, will be at the Northeast Coquitlam Ratepayer's Association Meeting to answer questions and concerns with respect to the July notices.

If you wish to request an independent review of your assessed value, you must submit a written notice of complaint to the BC Assessment Authority by January 31.
